Registration Deadline is May 8. Early Bird Deadline (special pricing available) is April 21.
Located at the Oregon 4H Center, near Salem, in Oregon wine country.
Meals: All meals will be vegetarian. If you are requesting vegan meals, please place a check mark below for each person. If you have needs other than vegetarian or vegan, please contact us for more information, and feel free to supplement with your own food. There will be refrigerators available
Accommodations: Each cottage has 4 rooms, and each room sleeps 4 people. We have also reserved 4 cabins that sleep up to 16. The large house that we typically have available is booked this year, so we will need to be strategic in planning accommodations. If you are willing to share a larger cabin with another group please let us know. If you are in a group smaller than 4 and are willing to share a room it would be appreciated! There will be a girls' bunkhouse and a boys' bunkhouse for kids 8+. Tent camping is also an option (at a reduced price); a shower house and bathrooms are available for those in tents.
Shavuot: This year's Shabbaton coincides with our festival of Shavuot (on Saturday night and Sunday). In order to honor that holiday, we are going to continue the Shabbaton through Sunday afternoon and conclude following dinner. Those who do not want to travel on the holiday itself are most welcome to stay at the 4-H until after nightfall.
Cost: (Includes 2 nights lodging and 7 meals)
